About Me

Video is the future. Digital content on social media is the way we best share information and I have always been passionate about the digital space.

My career began as a video producer at 7NEWS and over the next couple of years, I had the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of all aspects of video production. From pre-production to script writing to voice overs to post-production, I got to work on many original stories as well as larger projects based on current trending topics.

With this role at 7NEWS as well as my own personal YouTube channel, I have a comprehensive understanding of YouTube data, video analytics, SEO and Google trends. Given that we want people to view the content we create, it was important for me to learn best practices for attracting attention (video titles, thumbnails, publishing times, etc.)

On top of my extensive experience in video production, I am passionate about UX design, completing a Bachelor of Design Computing in 2018 as well as a Master of Design (Design Innovation) (Strategic Design) in 2021 at the University of Sydney. Design is present in every element of our lives and having an understanding about the importance of good design is what leads to truly refined and optimised user experiences.
